Omniglide is the new way to transact

Context: Omniglide has raised its first seed round from angel investor and will start in September. Our business development is coming along very quickly and would require the prototype to be market tested by the end of the year. As our initial step, we would be launching the Mobile iOS version first together with a web based back end support (in Ruby on Rails using Twitter bootstrap framework.)

Our next main project will be to further develop app and web functions before we start developing android app for phone and tablet and iOS app for tablet.


We are looking for a CTO as a co-founder (equity offered) who can understand the technical challenges , advise and code in both web and mobile app effectively to meet and overcome the demanding requirements.

Reports directly to the CEO/Founder who is familiar with the regional consumer markets

  • Drive the vision of our technology stack and make sure the company's technology strategy serves its business strategy
  • Lead all technology aspect for the business: architecture, development, design, documentation and platform.
  • Complete all phases of software development life cycle including analysis, design, functionality, testing and support.
  • Build and iterate MVP (Minimum Viable Product)

  • Foundation Framework - Proficient
  • Ruby on Rails - Proficient and Required
  • SQL - Proficient and Required
  • Twitter Bootstrap framework - Proficient and Required
  • Android
  • Java - Proficient
  • C/C++ - Proficient
